防水卷材拉伸試驗機結(jié)構(gòu)：
★本試驗機由底座、箱體立柱、夾頭、絲杠、軌道、電子測力系統(tǒng)、位移測量系統(tǒng)等零部件組成。
★機械加荷系統(tǒng)由下箱體內(nèi)減速箱及絲杠組成。
★夾頭由支架、壓板、支柱、軋片、彈簧等主要零件組成，上夾頭與測力體相連，通過它所夾持的試件向上運動實現(xiàn)測力傳遞。

試驗機安裝：
本試驗機整臺裝箱出廠，安裝時應預先打好砼底座，高度應和本機相配，方便操作為宜，也可向本廠訂做底柜。本機設(shè)置應找水平，否則對拉力數(shù)值有影響，本機底部有四個底腳螺栓用以調(diào)整水平，接好地線即可使用。
Installation of waterproof coil tensile tester:
The whole test machine is packed in a box before leaving the factory. The base should be pre-dipped during installation. The height should be matched with the machine for convenient operation. The base cabinet can also be customized from the factory. The level of this machine should be set, otherwise it will affect the tension value. There are four foot bolts on the bottom of the machine to adjust the level, and the ground wire can be used.
調(diào)試與使用：
夾頭位置調(diào)整：
1、按面板上的上升按鍵,同時面板上狀態(tài)指示燈紅燈亮,相應速度檔位指示燈開始閃爍,液晶屏上狀態(tài)顯示位置:上升,同時實時顯示力值和移值,如果到達力值或位移的A大限制值,自動停機,同時液晶屏狀態(tài)位置顯示滿載或限位.
2、按面板上的下降按鍵,同時面板上的狀態(tài)指示燈綠燈亮,相應速度檔位指示燈開始閃爍,液晶屏上狀態(tài)顯示位置顯示[下降],同時實時顯示力值和移值.
3、按面板上的停止按鍵,同時面板上狀態(tài)指示燈熄滅,相應速度檔位指示燈停止閃爍保持常亮,液晶屏狀態(tài)顯示位置顯示停止.
速度調(diào)整：
按下相應的七個速度按紐中需要選擇一個便完成速度的調(diào)整,相應的速度指示燈會點亮,注意不要同時按下多個速度按紐.

3.Press the stop button on the panel, at the same time, the status indicator on the panel goes out, the corresponding speed gear indicator stops flashing and stays on, and the LCD status display position display stops.
Speed adjustment:
Press the corresponding seven speed buttons to select one to complete the speed adjustment. The corresponding speed indicator will light up. Be careful not to press multiple speed buttons at the same time.
使用方法：
先按下面板上清零按扭,系統(tǒng)會自動進行拉力和位移零位校準,然后按下啟動按紐,同時面板上狀態(tài)指示燈亮紅燈,相應速度檔位指示燈開始閃爍,液晶屏上顯示力值和位置的A大值,如果滿足預定的停機條件,系統(tǒng)自動停機,液晶屏狀態(tài)自動顯示位置,斷裂,并保持A大力值和位移A大值,等待2s后系統(tǒng),開始回車,同時面板上狀態(tài)指示紅燈亮,相應速度檔位指示燈開始閃爍,回到零位后系統(tǒng)自動停機,面板上狀態(tài)指示燈熄滅,相應速度檔位指示燈停止閃爍保持常亮,液晶屏上狀態(tài)顯示位置顯示有效. 按下啟動按紐后如人工按下停止按鍵系統(tǒng)自動停止,同時產(chǎn)生無效數(shù)據(jù),并給出相應指示 在測試過程中如果拉力和位移到達大限制值,系統(tǒng)也自動停機,同時液晶屏狀態(tài)位置顯示滿載或限位.

試驗機手動停車和自動停車方式的調(diào)整（請注意:切勿輕易調(diào)整）
按設(shè)置鍵,液晶屏顯示輸入密碼.密碼為22.按2次清零再按2次樣本密碼位置顯示22.輸入完畢.按設(shè)置鍵再按下打印鍵6次顯示回車狀態(tài).按下樣本為手動回車,按下清零鍵為自動回車,按下設(shè)置鍵退出,調(diào)整完畢.注自動回車時可按下樣本鍵否則按停止鍵后數(shù)值不保持.
