EE820是專為苛刻環(huán)境應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)的一款高量程CO2變送器。
生產(chǎn)過程中的多點(diǎn)二氧化碳和溫度校準(zhǔn)步驟保證了變送器在整個(gè)溫度工作范圍測(cè)量的高精度。
EE820采用的是E+E單光源雙光速紅外線測(cè)量技術(shù)，可自動(dòng)進(jìn)行光源老化補(bǔ)充，并具有較高的抗污染能力，從而保證了產(chǎn)品的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性。為了應(yīng)對(duì)提高響應(yīng)時(shí)間的要求，EE820過濾器的背面安裝了一個(gè)風(fēng)扇，用于加速被測(cè)空氣的循環(huán)和流動(dòng)。
配備的IP54防護(hù)等級(jí)的外殼和特殊的過濾器，使EE820可以應(yīng)用在污染工況中，例如農(nóng)業(yè)和畜牧業(yè)。在進(jìn)行清潔操作前，使用M12接頭可以方便拆除變送器。

測(cè)量原理
益加義技術(shù)--CO2自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)程序采用了雙光源雙光束方法，通過測(cè)量固定波長(zhǎng)的紅外線光強(qiáng)，將其轉(zhuǎn)換為CO2的吸收量。
兩個(gè)紅外線光源有著不同的工作周期：其中一個(gè)紅外光源作為測(cè)量光源，每隔30秒測(cè)量一次CO2濃度，并發(fā)送測(cè)量信號(hào)。另一個(gè)紅外光源作為對(duì)比光源，僅在自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)時(shí)工作，每24小時(shí)被激活2次。對(duì)比光源的工作時(shí)間很短，老化漂移量可以忽略，因此可用來(lái)定期精確校準(zhǔn)測(cè)量光源?！?/p>

The EE820 is designed for use in harsh, demanding applications. A multip-point CO2 and temperature factory adjustment procedure leads to an excellent CO2 measurement accuracy over the entire temperature working range.
The EE820 incorporates the E+E dual wavelength NDIR CO2 sensor, which compensates for ageing effects, is highly insensitive to pollution and offers outstanding long term stability.For fast response time requirements there is an EE820 version with forced air circulation created by a fan installed behind the filter.With its robust, functional housing and a special integrated filter the EE820 can be installed in polluted applications such as agriculture and livestock barns. The M12 connector option facilitates easy removal of the EE820 before site cleaning operations.
An optional kit facilitates easy configuration and adjustment of the EE820.
