Vortex Photonics的渦旋相位板也稱為螺旋相位板,渦旋透鏡,渦流透鏡或渦流相位板(Vortex lens),雖然名字豐富多樣,但是功能卻是沒有區(qū)別的。渦旋透鏡將高斯激光束能量分布輪廓整形為環(huán)形光束輪廓的能量分布或收集的光學(xué)渦流的能量分布,這個特性目前在許多科學(xué)和技術(shù)發(fā)展中得到廣泛且深入的應(yīng)用,例如受激發(fā)射損耗(STED)顯微鏡、光學(xué)渦旋計(jì)時儀、納米光刻、測距以及光學(xué)捕獲。目前對于渦流透鏡的工作質(zhì)量的定義主要是由環(huán)形輪廓的暗中心和高強(qiáng)度外環(huán)之間所獲得的光強(qiáng)度的能量對比度來決定的。對于客戶的不同領(lǐng)域的工作需求,所需要的環(huán)形輪廓的暗中心和高強(qiáng)度外環(huán)之間所獲得的光強(qiáng)度能量的對比度也是不同的。
目前可提供的渦旋透鏡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品有有效孔徑為10mm以及20mm的,而且所提供的渦旋透鏡可達(dá)到的實(shí)際效果高度與理論高度的偏差非常小,通常為2納米,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與適用的激光波長高度一致。拓?fù)潆姾捎绊懏a(chǎn)生的環(huán)形光束的軌道動量。從拓?fù)潆姾蒻=1開始,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的64臺階渦旋相位板產(chǎn)品覆蓋1到16范圍內(nèi)的拓?fù)浜蓴?shù)(更高的拓?fù)潆姾梢彩强赡艿?。之所以要設(shè)計(jì)高達(dá)64個臺階數(shù)量,是為了限度地產(chǎn)生極暗的中心區(qū),只有這種設(shè)計(jì)才能滿足一些嚴(yán)苛的科學(xué)應(yīng)用,這些科學(xué)應(yīng)用在特別暗的中心區(qū)光場條件下才能獲得理想的實(shí)驗(yàn)效果。
我們目前所提供的的旋渦透鏡由64個精確定位的臺階組成,構(gòu)成了螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)。這種創(chuàng)新的、高數(shù)量級的設(shè)計(jì)是無二的,并保證了環(huán)形光束輪廓的高質(zhì)量。德國制造的品質(zhì),由熔融石英制成,確保在高功率脈沖激光系統(tǒng)中高效工作。目前,有532、775和800納米光學(xué)波長的螺旋相位片庫存,另外還可以根據(jù)客戶提供的波長和尺寸定制螺旋相位板。
