磁滯測功機(jī)是由帶齒極定子、空心磁滯杯轉(zhuǎn)子、激磁線圈、底板等組成,當(dāng)磁滯測功機(jī)內(nèi)部線圈通過電流時(shí)則產(chǎn)生磁力線,并形成磁回路而產(chǎn)生轉(zhuǎn)矩,改變激磁電流即可改變測功機(jī)滯動轉(zhuǎn)矩從而達(dá)到控制負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩的目的完成對負(fù)載特性的測試.
特點(diǎn):
1、轉(zhuǎn)子為空心杯形結(jié)構(gòu),適用于低速和中高速電機(jī)
2、測試精度高,靈敏度高,負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩穩(wěn)定性和測試重復(fù)性好
3、無電刷滑環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu),氣隙中無磁粉摩擦,使用壽命超長
適用:
適用于中小功率電機(jī)的型式試驗(yàn),如起動電機(jī)恒力矩帶載起動、異步電動機(jī)、小功率直流電機(jī)、串激電機(jī)及電動工具行業(yè)等.尤其適合于測試各種微特電機(jī)的動態(tài)特性曲線。
