安全柵的接地：我們回過頭來再看圖3．4.13所示的安全柵線路圖。從圖中可以看出有三個接地點：B，E，D，通常B和E兩點都在計算機這一側?？梢赃B在一起，形成一點接地。而D點是變送器外殼在現(xiàn)場的接地，若現(xiàn)場和控制室兩接地點間有電位差存在，那么， D點和E點的電位就不同了。假設我們以E作為參考點，假定是D點出現(xiàn)10V的電勢，此時，A點和E點的電位仍為24V，那么A和D間就可能有34V的電位差了，己超過安全極限電位差，但齊納管不會被擊穿，因為A和E間的電位差沒變，因而起不到保護作用。這時如果不小心現(xiàn)場的信號線碰到外殼上，就可能引起火花，可能會點燃周圍的可燃性氣體，這樣的系統(tǒng)也就不具備本安性能了。
