UI9600A

電子鎮(zhèn)流器、節(jié)能燈生產(chǎn)廠家大多用圖示儀對(duì)晶體管進(jìn)行測(cè)試，但圖示儀讀數(shù)不直觀，沒有自動(dòng)報(bào)警功能，操作極其不便，不適合生產(chǎn)線大批檢測(cè)使用。特別是漏電流及耐壓測(cè)試非常麻煩，多數(shù)企業(yè)只能抽查，無法全檢。而且，圖示儀無法測(cè)試晶體管開關(guān)時(shí)間，用其控制質(zhì)量就顯得不夠全面。針對(duì)這種情況，本公司結(jié)合電子鎮(zhèn)流器的特殊要求，研制出UI9600A晶體管多功能篩選儀，這是傳統(tǒng)圖示儀的理想替代產(chǎn)品。

性能 Functions:

◆ 測(cè)量參數(shù) Measure parameters：
     放大倍數(shù)β（0~99）
     開關(guān)時(shí)間 Switching time T （0.01μs~99.9μs），包括上升時(shí)間，存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間，下降時(shí)間 including Tr，Ts，Tf
     飽和壓降 VCES（0~2V），正向壓降 VBE（0~2V）
     漏電流 Leakage current ICEO（0.1μA~3mA）
     耐壓 Withstand voltage BVCEO（50V~650V）
◆ 對(duì)測(cè)試的開關(guān)時(shí)間、β進(jìn)行分檔，可顯示批號(hào)；對(duì)VCES、VBE、ICEO、BVCEO進(jìn)行超限判斷，不合格的發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警，并用指示燈指明不合格項(xiàng)

UI9600

熱敏參數(shù) 是衡量晶體管VBE，β，ICEO 等參數(shù)在常溫和高溫下的變化量，是晶體管的重要特性，受到越來越多的鎮(zhèn)流器生產(chǎn)廠家重視。因?yàn)殒?zhèn)流器內(nèi)部溫度很高，高溫下晶體管的VBE，β，ICEO 等參數(shù)會(huì)發(fā)生變化，如果變化量過大，將嚴(yán)重降低產(chǎn)品可靠性。

功能 Characteristics：
◆ 常溫下測(cè)量的參數(shù) Parameters measured under normal temperature:
    放大倍數(shù)β（0~99）
    開關(guān)時(shí)間 Switching time T （0.01μs~99.9μs），包括上升時(shí)間，存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間，下降時(shí)間 including Tr，Ts，Tf

◆ 對(duì)比常溫和高溫下的兩次測(cè)量結(jié)果，對(duì)β、VBE、ICEO三項(xiàng)參數(shù)變化量超過一定范圍的管子以聲光報(bào)警，予以剔除
