1、要保證移液槍的準(zhǔn)確性，誤差不能超過(guò)2%?？捎盟碗娮犹炱竭M(jìn)行確定。但有專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行矯正。

2、要配備20ul、50ul、100ul、1000ul和排槍各一支。吸取不同的液體后，要更換槍頭。即使是吸取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品時(shí)。

3、要在實(shí)驗(yàn)前1小時(shí)將試劑盒從冰箱中取出，使各種試劑都恢復(fù)到室溫，以使結(jié)果更穩(wěn)定。

4、實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，要使底物避光保存。

5、用槍吸取液體時(shí)速度不能太快，以免產(chǎn)生氣泡而使吸取量不準(zhǔn)確。

6、吸取液體時(shí)，要用量程和需要量接近的槍去吸，減少誤差。

7、將液體加到酶標(biāo)孔中時(shí)，避免槍頭和孔內(nèi)液體接觸，可使槍頭上的液滴和孔壁接觸，液滴會(huì)自然流下去。

8、液體全部加完后，可將酶標(biāo)板在桌子上平行輕輕晃動(dòng)30秒，混勻液體。也可以用酶標(biāo)儀的晃動(dòng)功能。

9、應(yīng)盡量做雙孔實(shí)驗(yàn)，這樣才能保證數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。

10、對(duì)結(jié)果有疑問(wèn)的樣品要用其它方法進(jìn)行確證。
