工作原理：

       光電傳感器方便地卡裝在一根ф25毫米的軸上。調(diào)試時(shí)，首先固定好定向板的位置，然后接通光電傳感器的電源，松開卡箍，對(duì)準(zhǔn)定向反光板，調(diào)整光電傳感器的位置，直至8個(gè)發(fā)光管全部點(diǎn)亮為止。鎖緊卡箍，用一塊非透明材料遮擋光電傳感器，如果發(fā)光管全部熄滅，說(shuō)明光電傳感器工作正常，當(dāng)傳感器和系統(tǒng)連成閉環(huán)而處于自動(dòng)糾偏狀態(tài)時(shí)，光電傳感器后面的發(fā)光管應(yīng)有一半左右點(diǎn)亮。

     
      光電傳感器出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)調(diào)整好，用戶切勿隨意拆卸，特別是光路部分，出廠時(shí)已用樹脂密封以防止水氣塵埃等侵入，一旦拆卸必遭破壞。
