產(chǎn)品描述

DAPI溶液(即用型10 μg/ml )即 4’,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI)，中文名為4’,6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚。本產(chǎn)品是一種可以穿透細(xì)胞膜的DNA鏈藍(lán)色熒光染料，DAPI染色常用于細(xì)胞凋亡檢測(cè)，染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)。DAPI也常用于普通的細(xì)胞核染色以及某些特定情況下的雙鏈DNA染色。

DAPI對(duì)人體有一定刺激性，請(qǐng)注意適當(dāng)防護(hù)。 
熒光染料都存在淬滅的問(wèn)題，建議染色后盡量當(dāng)天完成檢測(cè)。 
為減緩熒光淬滅可以使用抗熒光淬滅封片液。

 大部分的試劑產(chǎn)品是比較穩(wěn)定的，只要您嚴(yán)格按照產(chǎn)品包裝或者說(shuō)明書上的儲(chǔ)存條件進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存，*可以保證其在有效期內(nèi)的正常使用。一般常見儲(chǔ)存條件有零下XX攝氏度，2-8攝氏度，常溫等。特別提醒，對(duì)于某些酶類制品，如果儲(chǔ)存條件是2-8攝氏度，不要儲(chǔ)存在零下，否則容易失活，對(duì)于某些需要嚴(yán)格避光，防潮，充氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)的，接觸空氣或者過(guò)分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質(zhì)。
低溫儲(chǔ)存產(chǎn)品，運(yùn)輸途中冷藏問(wèn)題：
