DAPI溶液(1mg/ml)即 4’,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI)，中文名為4’,6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚。本產(chǎn)品是一種可以穿透細(xì)胞膜的DNA鏈藍(lán)色熒光染料，DAPI染色常用于細(xì)胞凋亡檢測(cè)，染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)。DAPI也常用于普通的細(xì)胞核染色以及某些特定情況下的雙鏈DNA染色。
